What the $50 service call includes

Up to one hour of onsite diagnosis, troubleshooting, or basic setup. The $50 minimum applies whether the issue is resolved early or cannot be resolved during that hour. Additional time begins only with customer approval.

What upgrade labor includes

Opening the supported computer, installing the customer-provided component, reassembling the device, confirming it starts, and checking that Windows recognizes the new hardware. Parts and travel are separate.

When a separate quote is needed

Drive cloning, large data transfers, compatibility research, purchasing parts, unexpected device damage, and work requiring more than the listed time are reviewed and approved before additional charges.

All displayed amounts are introductory starting prices. Listed service prices are not automatically added on top of the $50 service-call labor; the estimate uses the applicable service price for the appointment. Travel and parts are separate. The final written estimate is confirmed before paid repair work begins, and listed services do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved.

Frequently asked questions.

Do you have a repair storefront?

No. We are a mobile service and travel to homes and small-business locations by appointment.

Do you provide service throughout San Diego County?

Yes. We provide mobile onsite service across San Diego County. Travel fees are based on the service address and will be confirmed before your appointment.

What does the onsite service charge mean?

The $50 minimum reserves up to the first hour at your location. It is the same whether the issue is resolved in 15 minutes, takes the full hour, or cannot be resolved during the appointment. Additional time is $25 per 30 minutes and begins only after you approve it. Travel is separate.

What do the hardware-installation prices include?

Standard installation includes opening a supported computer, replacing or adding the customer-provided RAM or drive, reassembling it, completing a basic startup test, and confirming that Windows recognizes the component. Drive cloning, Windows installation, data transfer, compatibility research, parts, and travel are separate unless specifically listed.

What do setup services include?

Printer or scanner setup covers connecting one supported device, installing its software, and completing a test print or scan within the scheduled time. New-computer setup covers initial Windows setup, updates, one user account, and installation of customer-owned standard applications; data transfer is separate. Data-transfer pricing applies to accessible files from a working device and varies with the amount of data and time required. Small-business support covers standard workstation, software, printer, and Microsoft 365 assistance but excludes servers and advanced cybersecurity.

Do you supply computer parts?

Listed upgrade prices are labor only. Customers can provide compatible parts, or we can research and purchase a part after the complete parts cost and any additional service charge are approved in writing.

Should I back up my files before service?

Yes. Customers should maintain a current backup whenever possible. We will ask for specific authorization before performing work that could erase, reinstall, or materially change stored data.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit cards, credit cards, Apple Pay, and cash.

What services are outside your scope?

We do not provide advanced data recovery, motherboard-level soldering, phone or tablet screen repair, business server administration, advanced firewall or cybersecurity management, permanent in-wall network cabling, guaranteed virus or ransomware recovery, or healthcare IT work involving patient information.
